Pratik Bhatnagar
Born into a diplomatic family, Pratik grew up in 10 countries, immersed early in the complexities of cultures, economies, and politics. He pursued a deliberately multidisciplinary path — studying International Relations at Yale, Design Thinking at IIT Delhi, and completing an MBA at IMD Lausanne — before working across government, the private sector, and global institutions.
Pratik has held leadership roles at WWF, the World Economic Forum, the Global Fund, and Gavi, and today also serves as an elected municipal leader in Geneva. Out of these experiences came the conviction that the cutting edge of governance lies in the ability to think synaptically: connecting the unconnected, revealing patterns others miss, and turning them into effective decisions.

Jin Roger
Forged at the crossroads of East and West, Jin brings a perspective shaped by both her Asian heritage and an international career at the highest levels of finance. She has held senior leadership roles in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Macquarie, following formative years at HSBC, BNP Paribas, and leading Chinese banks. Her academic foundation in China, complemented by studies in France and her current EMBA at Chicago Booth, is further reinforced by governance training through the Financial Times Board Director Programme.
Across decades in global financial services, Jin has navigated business development, strategic growth, and operational transformation. Her core conviction: modern leadership is not built on siloed expertise, but on the synaptic ability to connect data, cultures, and systems into strategies that are both coherent and actionable.
